30 Day Return Policy

We are confident of the quality of our products and workmanship, and do our utmost to ensure our customers' expectations are not only met, but exceeded. However, we offer a flexible 30-day return policy for any items that are not "custom made."

Please see the information supplied below should you want to return your jewelry item(s) for any reason.

Order returns:

1. Contact Customer Service and request an RMA Code (Return Merchadise Authorization Code).
2. Mark this RMA on the package exterior, as well as on the invoice or delivery note which accompanied your jewelry or diamond purchase.
3. Item must be returned in original packaging with all paperwork as well as diamond certificate (if applicable). For security purposes, no mention of "diamonds", "jewelry" or jewelry-related wording should be written on the package exterior.
4. Item must be insured to its purchase value (this can usually be done through the courier service).

6. Once your return has been received, our QA team will verify the condition and authenticity of the item.
7. A refund or credit (for exchanges) will be issued in the same manner as the purchase payment. Please note, we reserve the right to charge a nominal processing fee.

Returns and Exchanges are subject to the following conditions:

1. Must be within 30 days from the date of shipment.
2. "Custom made" items, or items which have been engraved or marked will not be considered for a return or exchange, unless there has been an error on our part.
3. All original paperwork, including the diamond grading report (where applicable) must be returned with the item(s).
4. The RMA must be clearly marked on both the package exterior and the original invoice and/or delivery note.
5. Security tags must be intact and still attached to the jewelry item.
6. Item must be in original conditin, not damaged or worn in any way. Items that have been damaged due to customer negligence will not be considered for return/exchange.
7. Uninsured items will be returned to the sender.
