- Product Availability:
At Diamond Day we are proud of our world class reputation in customer service, honesty and reliability. However, there may be an occasional flaw in our record of inventory. In the event that a diamond that was listed as in stock turns out to be out of stock, we will make every possible effort to help you chose another item. Rest assured that your payment will not be processed until we verify that your item is in stock.
Once in a while, data on our site may be inaccurate or unavailable due to either system and/or human errors.
We make every effort to avoid such inconveniences, but unfortunately they do occur. We reserve the right to correct any and all errors; we do not honor inaccurate prices. We are also permitted to change our prices without notice. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
- Ring Size:
If the ring that you purchased on Diamond Day does not fit to your absolute satisfaction, we will resize it for free within 30 days of original shipment date. Please allow for three to five days plus shipping time for resizing.
- Diamond Certificates:
When you purchase a loose diamond through Diamond Day, a Grading Report from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) or the American Gem Society (AGS) will accompany your shipment.
- Returns:
In order to ensure your absolute satisfaction we offer a flexible return policy. We will gladly offer a refund or exchange for any product that is not “custom” within 30 days from the date of shipment. When returning a diamond, the original certificate must be sent back as well. Customers who fail to meet these criteria will be charged a processing fee. Before submitting a return, please see a full explanation of our Returns Policy.
Privacy Policy Statement for DiamondDay.com- Privacy:
For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server does not register any information regarding the domain or e-mail address.
- Cookies:
We use cookies to store visitors’ preferences, record session information (such as items that consumers add to their shopping cart), and log past activity on our site in order to provide better service when visitors return to our site.
- Ad Servers:
We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies.
- Customer Information:
We collect information only when volunteered by the consumer via an opt-in form, such as survey information and/or site registrations.
The information we collect is used to improve the content of our Web page, to customize the content and/or layout of our page for individual visitors.
No information is shared with 3rd parties at any time, and is kept strictly confidential.
- If you supply us with your postal address on-line you may receive periodic mailings from us with information on new products and services or upcoming events. If you do not wish to receive such mailings, you can edit these preferences on your Account Profile page by choosing Unsubscribe. Alternatively, you can contact us with your name and address and we will ensure your name is removed from our mailing list.

- Upon request we can provide our customers with access to transaction information (e.g., purchase dates, amounts and product/s ordered) that is maintained in our database. Customers can also access this information by visiting the My Orders page:
